韩彪以前沿岗位参加了中央电视台的香港回归、澳门回归、国庆五十周年、过去六十周年、上海APEC、神舟五号六号七号、嫦娥奔月、历届全国两会、全国党代会、伊拉克战争、四川大地震、北京奥运会等大型直播报道，以及央视新闻频道和众多栏目的创办，亲历了中国电视新闻改革的进程。

    理论专著《现场直播——新闻改革的标尺》（当代中国出版社2007年出版，56万字），以诙谐幽默的笔触，风趣调侃的言语，宏阔纵览了传统电视新闻、大型现场直播、数字新媒体等的发展脉络。

    理论著述《颠覆与解构——中国数字新媒体的现在和未来》（中国电影出版社2008年出版，44万字）、《新媒体——从被时代到我世代》（中国传媒大学出版社2010年出版，66万字）、《新媒体——主宰我世代》（中国电影出版社2012年出版，55万字）探讨了新媒体与传统媒体的演进与融合，包含：有线数字电视、地面数字电视、IPTV、付费电视、高清电视、网络视频、手机电影、手机电视、移动互联网、下一代广电网、下一代互联网等领域。

    韩彪在《现代传播》、《电视研究》、《中国广播电视学刊》等中文核心期刊上累积发表学术论文六十多篇，累计三百多万字。

    Because of long-term participation of naional level film and TV stdies,Mr.Han-Biao is familiar with the process of  China's propganda management and operation,and pays a close attention to the forefront of the devlopment of China's radio and television messages.In theoretical research aspect,Mr.Han Biao not only focuses on the traditional film industry and television industry,but aslo pays close attention to the number of new media development.On top of that,Mr.Han Biao is familiar with the operation of both conventional TV,mobile TV,mobile Film and other cutting-edge fashion,the development of digital new media.At present his theoretical study focuses on:Mobile Internet,mobile video,network TV,Tnternet video,digital TV,pay-TV,mobile TV,mobile Film,IPTV,next-generation Internet(NGI),next-generation Broadcasting(NGB),etc.
